ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Altus Medical Arts Center is a staple of the Altus medical community being built and occupied by local doctor, Dr. Charles Carter, MD, housing his family medical clinic as well as other medical related tenants to better serve the needs of SW Oklahoma. Public men's and women's restrooms are located just off the lobby in a separate hallway. Four suites are located at this main entry (102, 103, 104 & 105). Just down the hallway or entering from the East entrance are 2 other identical suites 101 & 106. Parking lot, landscaping and building maintenance is provided by Landlord as part of the lease as well as common space janitorial services. Tenants pay utilities as they are metered separately.
