This former grain storage and management facility is situated on the Wichita Tillman & Jackson Railway in Hollister, OK. This heavy steel built structure is a factory bolt/weld up assembly with columns, wall and roof purlins, wall and roof steel sheathing. Engineered and built to house grain loaded inside for storage, with thickened concrete floors with a floor auger system to be able to move to/from outside grain bins. Auger system, electrical and bins have been removed. Secondary railway tracks are located the entire length of the north side of the barn for rail cars to be able to wait for loading/unloading. The Wichita Tillman & Jackson (WTJ) Railway continues to operate the railway and have chosen to sell this building with the three parcels it sits on.
